Our fingers, toes and every thing else was crossed - We prayed all week to keep the radar clear for Sunday. And luckily, it couldn’t have been more beautiful. When we arrived at Amanda’s parents house, it felt like we had stepped into another place - not a single detail was left unchecked. Everything was immaculately and thoughtfully placed in it’s perfect spot. It looked amazing. And as we started photographing, the day unfolded beautifully. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such joy upon putting on your wedding gown as I saw on Amanda. She stood in the entry and twirled in her dress, smiling ear to ear. In that moment it was impossible to be anything be overjoyed for her and what was about to take place. And, that’s pretty much how the rest of the day went, too. While Corey and Amanda were taking their handwritten wedding vows, there wasn’t a dry eye in the seats. The words melded together so beautifully and it created some very sweet moments that I’m sure neither will ever forget. The day eventually faded into the most gorgeous sunset, making it the perfect backdrop.
